The medical course organiser is Dr Sarah Gray, who has developed this training programme since its inception in 2003. She is a GP and previously the Clinical Lead for the Menopause Service in Cornwall. She is an accredited FSRH Menopause Care Principle Trainer. Dr Gray will be joined by experienced clinicians to deliver this two day course.
With the new NICE menopause guidance due to be released later this year, Dr Sarah Gray, Dr Louise Price and Dr Lindsey Thomas are returning with their expertise, aiming to help you in supporting menopause patients in your clinic.
The Menopause Special Skills Course is the only course run by expert facilitators with live and interactive workshops for every session. The facilitators are available to support and guide through each of the workshop groups. Topics covered include:
- Prescribing
- Sexual health
- Breast cancer, and more
Completion of the certificate will equip you to provide leadership within a practice/PCN, or work within an existing menopause service.
